Custom Cocktail Menu Design
We collaborate with you to create a cocktail menu that feels personal to your wedding — not something pulled from a list of drinks we serve at every event.

We take inspiration from the season, the setting, and your own tastes, then build each cocktail using fresh-pressed juices, house-made reductions and tinctures, and herbs and edible flowers grown in our own garden or sourced from local farms whenever possible.

Some couples come to us knowing exactly what they love. Others just know how they want their wedding to feel. Either way, we work through it together until the menu feels like yours.

Signature cocktails can also be inspired by places you’ve traveled, drinks you’ve shared, family traditions, or flavors that carry a story of their own.

Alcohol Planning, Procurement & Licensing
Calliope Cocktails is fully licensed and insured, allowing us to do more than simply tell you what alcohol to purchase.

We can plan your complete alcohol order based on guest count, menu and service time, coordinate the purchase and procurement of beer, wine and spirits, and bring everything together with the rest of your beverage program.

That means fewer vendors to coordinate, less responsibility on you or your family, and one experienced team overseeing the bar from planning through service.

Why it matters: Your wedding bar isn’t pieced together between a bartender, liquor store, caterer and whoever happens to be picking up the alcohol. We can manage it as one complete program
Complete Beverage Coordination
From the first stages of planning through the last drink of the night, we coordinate the details that keep your beverage service running smoothly.

We handle staffing, cocktail preparation, fresh mixers, ice, bar equipment, beer and wine service, water stations, setup and breakdown, and the flow of service throughout your event.

We also coordinate directly with your planner, caterer, venue, and other vendors when needed, so you’re not stuck managing communication between everyone involved.

We know Calliope isn’t going to be the right fit for every wedding — and we’re comfortable with that.

If your primary consideration is simply finding the lowest-cost bar service, we may not be the right fit- and thats ok.
