Includes up to three hours of service, a custom cocktail menu, fresh mixers and garnishes, ice, cups, cocktail napkins, setup and breakdown, and an experienced Calliope bartender.

Turn part of the evening into an experience. We’ll teach your group how to build and balance cocktails, work with fresh ingredients, and make the drinks together before transitioning into bar service.

What Your Bar Requires
Every wedding is different, but there are a few essentials that allow us to provide the level of service and attention your celebration deserves.

Your final proposal is built around the essentials your bar requires — the appropriate bartending staff, bar setup, ice, fresh mixers and ingredients, and service needs based on your guest count, venue, timeline, and cocktail menu.

From there, we can build on the experience with signature cocktails, non-alcoholic offerings, champagne service, specialty bar features, and other details that make the bar feel distinctly yours.

We’ll guide you through each piece and build a bar that fits your celebration, your guests, and the way you want the day to feel.
